Discovery call

30-minute call to understand what you actually need vs. what was put in the post. We'll tell you whether we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll often point you somewhere better.

Written scope

Before any work starts, you get a written scope: deliverables, what's NOT included, timeline, price. No scope creep, no surprise hours.

Build & document

We work in a branch you own, commit frequently with clear messages, and document as we go. You always know what's been done and what's left.

Handoff

Final delivery includes a written README, runbook, and walkthrough call. You can operate it after we're gone — that's the whole point.
